I did an engine replacement on my 2014 S Class. The staff were very helpful to locate a replacement engine and helped with the logistics to deliver it to the shop. (Shout out to James and Spencer)
The Lead Technician (Gary) handled the replacement using the best of each engine (mine and the replacement) with care and detail.
After the job was completed, the staff assisted in the logistics of me delivering the original engine to my garage (to be used for spare parts in the future - or legacy)
Essentially, I replaced a 330K engine with a 160K engine economically.
