My 2020 Mercedes-AMG A35 developed a complicated drivetrain issue, and instead of jumping straight to an expensive repair, he recommended starting with the proper maintenance and diagnosis first.

Throughout the process, Sam took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and provided regular updates with photos and detailed explanations. Even after the transmission service didn't resolve the issue, he was upfront about the limitations of what they could do in-house and never tried to pressure me into unnecessary repairs.
