My 2020 Mercedes-AMG A35 developed a complicated drivetrain issue, and instead of jumping straight to an expensive repair, he recommended starting with the proper maintenance and diagnosis first.

Throughout the process, Sam took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and provided regular updates with photos and detailed explanations. Even after the transmission service didn't resolve the issue, he was upfront about the limitations of what they could do in-house and never tried to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. He even brought in an outside programming specialist and exhausted every available diagnostic option before recommending the next step.

While the outcome wasn't what I was hoping for, I truly appreciate Sam's honesty, transparency, and professionalism. It's not easy to find a mechanic who communicates this well and genuinely tries to help their customers make informed decisions.
